Ashati, Alsemia & Reiki Energy Healing
For thousands of years, people have healed various conditions by channeling energy to clear chakras and release stuck energy. This process promotes health, restores vitality, and creates mental clarity and peace.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki channels Earth's energy through the healer's hands into the body's energy pathways. This energy flows into chakras, meridians, and organs, providing deep relaxation and healing. Reiki can address conditions like anxiety, depression, stress, and physical pain, often felt as heat or tingling.
Sessions are available over Zoom or in person at my home healing space in Penrith, NSW. Please note that in-person sessions (currently held in my lounge room) are available to females only.

Ashati Healing Energy
Ashati is similar to Reiki but focuses more on emotional and mental healing, which also improves physical health. It helps release past trauma, negative experiences, and limiting thoughts, bringing joy and peace. Ashati is often felt as a light, airy vibration and seen as a gentle white light.
Alsemia
Alsemia clears the body's energy pathways and uses specific energies to improve physical health. Drawing on the healing properties of nature, such as plants, flowers, animals, the ocean, and crystals, it provides the necessary energies for optimal health. Alsemia feels like a wave flowing through the body, with a tingling sensation that subsides as the energy is absorbed where needed.

Curious to know how it works?
Meeting Day
At the agreed day and time, you can either choose for this to happen via zoom, or i can complete the healing without zoom, and i can then email you what i felt, and picked up on. Please make sure you have somewhere comfortable to lay down during the healing, and where you wont be disturbed. You may play your own relaxing music.
